• Payment of 50% of the total when making the reservation on the website.

• Check-in: between 17:00 and 21:00.

• Check-out: before 10:00 on the day of departure.

• Deviations are possible upon request.

• Low and mid season: minimum stay of 4 nights.

• High season (July & August): minimum stay of 7 nights.

• Arrival/departure in July & August only on Saturdays.

• Treat the house, its inventory, and garden with care.

• Leave everything as you found it.

• Report (even small) damages immediately.

• Stay is at your own risk. Casa Úbedas is not liable for any damage or injury in or around the house.

• In case of damages exceeding the deposit, the tenant is liable and will be held responsible.

• Casa Úbedas complies with Spanish legislation.

• The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by themselves or their companions, including to the pool and outdoor areas.

• Facilities are in perfect condition. Please report any defects immediately.

• Deposit: €800, to be paid before arrival.​

• Refund within 14 days after departure, minus any costs or damages.

• Water usage

-Please don’t waste water. The house is supplied via a water tank that must be refilled by truck.

• Minimum age

-Minimum age of the main tenant: 30 years.

• Children

-Never leave children unattended near the pool, heights, or slopes.

-The tenant is fully responsible for their safety on the entire property.

• Pets

-Only allowed upon request and approval. Only cat-friendly dogs are permitted.

-Bringing a pet without permission = cancellation without refund.

-Our own cats and dogs live on the property. Please respect them.

-Pets are not allowed on beds, sofas, chairs, or near the pool.

-Bring your own pet bed.

-You are responsible for any damage or nuisance caused by your pet.

• Privacy & owners

-We live on-site in a separate house and respect your privacy. We’re available if needed.

• Smoking

-Smoking is not allowed indoors. Use ashtrays outside due to fire risk.

• Parties & gatherings

-Parties, large gatherings, or events are not allowed.

• Children must always be supervised at the pool.

• No glassware around the pool.

• Do not leave food residues.

• Pets are not allowed in or around the pool.

• No disruptive or dangerous behavior (running, diving, loud music).

• The tenant is responsible for proper use and for their children.

• Only allowed on the provided BBQ in the designated area.

• Please take your waste with you. Containers are located along the road to the coast.

• Always lock the house when you’re away.

• Maximum 8 persons (including children aged 2 and up).

• Extra guests are not allowed, even temporarily.

• No rights can be derived from the content of www.casaubedas.com (including photos, texts, and links).
